The approximate time for placing the order before delivery is between 1 and 5 working days from receipt of the order. If we do not have stock, we will contact the consumer as soon as possible. Giving a new delivery date of the order or with the integral return of the cost of the same one in case the production of the jewels was not possible or the client was not in agreement with the new dates of delivery.
All jewellery is subject to 21% VAT. Payment will be made through secure platforms: - Via PayPal - Credit or debit card through the virtual platform of la Caixa. The purchase will be made safely. Until we have the bank confirmation of the payment, the purchase will not be considered effective.

FISBEIN will not be responsible for any additional charges on deliveries due to the change of jewellery. The jewellery must be returned in the same packaging and in perfect condition. Otherwise, if the piece has been used or arrives damaged, no changes will be made. In the case of receiving a defective jewel due to problems derived from manufacturing, you will have to notify us within a maximum of 7 calendar days after receiving the shipment. In this case, FISBEIN will take care of the additional shipping costs. On receiving the piece, the problem with the jewellery will be assessed and if everything is normal, another piece of the same type will be sent. If we do not have the piece in stock, we will inform you of other possible delivery options or of the return of the value of the jewellery.
Returns are accepted within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the shipment to exercise your right of withdrawal (according to art. 44 of Law 7/1996 of 15 January on the Regulation of Retail Trade, amended by Law 47/2002 of 19 December).
