    These General Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of products through the website www.fisbein.com, owned by:

    1. Purpose<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>
      These terms govern the online sale of products marketed by FISBEIN, mainly silver jewellery, brass jewellery with gold-colour plating, silver-plated jewellery and other products or materials that may be incorporated in the future and that will be described in each product sheet.

      1. Product information<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>
        FISBEIN endeavours to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, measurements, materials, finishes and colours are as accurate as possible. Nevertheless, slight variations may exist due to the display device, lighting, photographic process or manufacturing.

        For products with plating, coating, enamel or other surface treatments, normal wear resulting from use, rubbing, perfumes, cosmetics, water, humidity, sweat or certain external agents may affect their appearance over time.

        Composition, measurements and essential characteristics will be indicated in each product sheet. Nevertheless, slight variations may exist due to the manufacturing process.

        1. Purchase process<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>
          To make a purchase, the user must select the desired products, add them to the cart, complete the required information and follow the purchase procedure indicated on the website.

          Before completing the order, the user may review the information entered and correct any errors. Placing the order implies express acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.

          Once the purchase process has been completed, FISBEIN will send the customer an email confirmation with a summary of the order.

          1. Prices<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>
            All prices will be indicated in euros (EUR) and will include applicable taxes, unless expressly stated otherwise. Shipping costs, where applicable, will be shown separately before the purchase process is completed.

            FISBEIN reserves the right to modify prices at any time; however, products will be invoiced at the price in force when the order is confirmed.

            1. Payment methods<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>
              Payment may be made using the means enabled on the website at any given time. The user guarantees that they are authorised to use the selected payment method.

              1. Availability<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>
                All orders are subject to availability. If, once the order has been placed, the product is unavailable, FISBEIN will inform the customer and proceed to refund the amounts paid or, if the customer accepts, offer an alternative with similar characteristics.
                  \r\n \t
                1. Shipping and delivery<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>
                  FISBEIN will ship to the destinations indicated on the website. Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on availability, order volume, logistics incidents or causes beyond FISBEIN’s control.

                  Delivery shall be deemed completed when the customer, or a third party authorised by them, acquires material possession of the products.

                  The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. Additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete information may be charged where appropriate.

                  Order processing and fulfilment take approximately 2 to 3 business days from receipt of the order.

                  Approximate delivery times within Spain are 2 to 5 days.

                  Approximate international delivery times are 7 to 15 days.

                  1. Exchanges and returns<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>
                    Except in legally exempt cases, the consumer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason.

                    To exercise this right, the customer must communicate it unequivocally to FISBEIN by email to fisbein@fisbein.com or by any other means that allows proof of their wish to withdraw.

                    The customer must return the product in suitable condition and without any use other than that necessary to verify its nature, characteristics and functioning.

                    Once the product has been received, or its return has been sufficiently proven, FISBEIN will reimburse the amounts paid within the applicable legal period and, unless otherwise agreed, by the same means of payment used by the customer.

                    In the case of exchanges of FISBEIN jewellery for another product or for a different ring size, the exchange will be made according to product availability within a maximum period of 14 calendar days after receipt of the order. To exercise this right, the customer must communicate it unequivocally to FISBEIN by email to fisbein@fisbein.com.

                    The costs arising from shipping the returned product back to FISBEIN’s offices shall be borne by the customer or consumer of the product. Under no circumstances shall FISBEIN bear any charges arising from the return or exchange of a product.

                    1. Exceptions to returns<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>
                      There shall be no right of withdrawal in the cases legally provided for, and in particular with respect to products made according to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.

                      Accordingly, personalised, engraved, made-to-order items, items modified at the customer’s request or produced specifically for a particular order shall not be eligible for withdrawal, unless they present a lack of conformity or a legally enforceable defect.

                      1. Defective products or lack of conformity<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>
                        If the product received is defective, incorrect or not in conformity with the contract, the customer must notify FISBEIN as soon as possible, stating the order number and describing the incident.

                        In such cases, the customer shall be entitled to the remedies provided for under consumer protection regulations.

                        1. Legal warranty<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>
                          New products sold to consumers are covered by the legal warranty applicable under current regulations. In Spain, the general regime for new goods is 3 years from delivery.

                          Excluded from the warranty are damages resulting from improper use, impacts, improper handling, repairs by unauthorised third parties, normal wear and tear, especially in the case of finishes such as plating or enamels applied to jewellery, failure to follow care instructions, or exposure to perfumes, cosmetics, water, chemicals, humidity, sweat or abrasion.

                          1. Use and care of jewellery<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>
                            Due to the nature of the materials used, some pieces require specific care. It is recommended to avoid contact with perfumes, cosmetics, chemicals, chlorine, abrasive surfaces and any situation that may accelerate the wear of the finish or plating.

                            In case of allergies, sensitivity to certain metals or special usage needs, the customer should review the composition of the product and, if deemed necessary, consult FISBEIN before making the purchase.

                                These terms shall be governed by Spanish law. In the event of a dispute, the courts and tribunals legally applicable shall have jurisdiction and, where the buyer is a consumer, the mandatory venue corresponding to their domicile shall be respected.

                                1. Modification of the terms<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>
                                  FISBEIN may modify these General Terms and Conditions at any time. The terms applicable to each purchase shall be those in force on the date on which the order is placed.
