SHIPMENTS AND RETURNS
The cost of shipments will vary depending on the destination. FISBEIN cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery caused by the courier company or for any errors or lack of information in the recipient's details. Shipments will not be made to post office boxes for security reasons.
Domestic deliveries will be made by registered letter. The cost will be 5 euros for shipments to the peninsula and 7 euros for the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands or Ceuta and Melilla For shipments over 100 euros the postage will be free. Shipments will be made within approximately 6 working days. It includes insurance for a maximum value of 100 euros and electronic verification of delivery.
The estimated time of delivery will vary depending on the destination. International shipments will be made by registered letter. FISBEIN cannot be held responsible for any additional customs or duty charges on shipments. They will be charged to the consumer.
Shipments within the European Community will cost 8 For orders over 120 euros, shipping is free. Delivery times will vary depending on the country.

Changes of pieces or ring sizes are accepted within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the shipment. After this date no changes will be accepted To make changes, please contact us by e-mail at email@example.com
or by phone (+34)93.2654953. The additional costs generated by the changes will be charged to the buyer. FISBEIN will not be responsible for any additional charges on deliveries due to the change of jewellery. The jewellery must be returned in the same packaging and in perfect condition. Otherwise, if the piece has been used or arrives damaged, no changes will be made. In the case of receiving a defective jewel due to problems derived from manufacturing, you will have to notify us within a maximum of 7 calendar days after receiving the shipment. In this case, FISBEIN will take care of the additional shipping costs. On receiving the piece, the problem with the jewellery will be assessed and if everything is normal, another piece of the same type will be sent. If we do not have the piece in stock, we will inform you of other possible delivery options or of the return of the value of the jewellery.
Returns are accepted within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the shipment to exercise your right of withdrawal (according to art. 44 of Law 7/1996 of 15 January on the Regulation of Retail Trade, amended by Law 47/2002 of 19 December). The jewellery must be returned in the same packaging and with all the documentation included. The jewellery must arrive in perfect condition. Otherwise, if the piece of jewellery has been used or arrives damaged, it will not be returned. Once the return has been received and its state of conservation verified, it will be returned by the same method of payment within 15 calendar days.
